A restored collection of offices and workshops in a parkland setting, ideal for small and medium sized businesses.

Graylands was originally the country estate of Boyd Wallis, part owner of Kimberley Diamond Mines. Subsequently Graylands was owned by Redland Bricks who established their UK headquarters there and added the many and varied buildings that make up the estate as it exists now.

The recent refurbishment works have reinstated the croquet lawn and reopened the chapel as a café. A new central green, a barbeque area, a putting green and outdoor table-tennis table have been introduced, along with shower/changing facilities for those wishing to walk, run or cycle over the grounds and surrounding footpaths and bridleways.

Throughout the Estate there are attractive seating areas to enjoy, with spectacular views out to the South Downs. Amongst this tranquility there are a variety of types and styles of buildings providing a unique range of business premises.

The environment alone is sufficient reason to consider Graylands as a suitable place to locate, however the site also offers very high car parking levels and very low rents.
